HUMS (Health and Usage Monitoring System)

A HUMS computer is installed into a LAND, SEA or AIR platform, with the purpose of logging critical parameters of the vehicle for maintenance and performance analysis. The display features:

The ROC-SOLID HUMS Computer is a custom designed ruggedized all-in-one unit, with flexible configuration options which include:

• Scalable CPU performance
• Scalable solid state data storage
• Multiple CAN Interfaces
• Multiple Serial Ports (RS232/RS422/RS485 configurable)
• Internal WIFI, GPS and 4G Wireless communication
• Flexible Analogue and Digital I/O
• Internal 3 Axis Accelerometer (Terrain Sensor)
• Optional Audio and Video inputs
• Optional external Display

All of the above features designed within a single Printed Circuit Board Assembly and mounted in a rugged enclosure, designed to meet the requirements MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810 and DEFSTAN 00-35

The ROC-SOLID HUMS system has been successfully integrated and tested within an Australian Army Protected Mobility Vehicle.
